Military and Overseas Voter Registration
If you’re currently a military member or U.S. citizen residing overseas, you can register to vote through the Federal Voting Assistance Program.
Just complete a Voter Registration and Absentee Ballot Request Federal Post Card Application (FPCA) and return it to your local election office.
Your voter registration will be valid for 1 year and you will automatically receive absentee ballots for federal elections.

Change Your Voting Name or Address
